i was never into japanime, but the subject matter of this one cannot be ignored.   a disquieting feel to the whole thing.  surprisingly lackluster in punch, but still qualifies as my favorite in this genre.  the attention to detail is mind warping but what breaks this whole thing open is the philosophical angle.  - @Om* 6/4/00
